Switching to ERS Broadband Services?

It’s jolly easy to switch to us!

You will need to have a BT landline to be able to get ERS Broadband Services. If you already have home or business broadband, all you have to do is contact your current broadband supplier to ask for your MAC (Migration Authority Code) key and then contact us. Alternatively, you can ask us to give your Internet Service Provider a ring as long as you give us your details such as username and password and we will make sure the transfer process is as smooth as possible.

It’s SO easy to set up

Once you’ve ordered ERS Broadband Services, it usually takes about 10 working days to get your BT landline activated with the service but we can get your line activated within 48 hours if you need it as a matter of urgency, additional charges apply.  By the time that happens, if you have ordered it through us, you’ll have received your new ERS Broadband Services router which includes the ERS wireless box. All you have to do to get online is plug it into your phone socket and turn on your computer and off you go! Seriously, it’s as simple as that!

Email addresses

Stay connected with your friends, family or business contacts. When you switch to ERS Broadband Services, we'll give you up to 20 new email addresses.   If you’re moving over from AOL, you can keep your AOL email address.   Just ask AOL to change your email account to the free version when you switch to ERS
